  • Do you provide sheet music?

    Yes! We are publishing them through SheetMusicDirect.

    You can find the score of a particular song in the description of its course page.

    Some songs might be unavailable due to licensing.

  • How often do you create new tutorials?

    We’re uploading new content on the site on a regular basis. Generally 2 to 4 new tutorials every month!

    You can check out our upcoming songs here.

  • Do you provide chord slides?

    Yes! All the chord slides displayed on our videos are free and available for download.

    You can find the chord slides of a particular song in the description of its course page.

  • How can I find a song that I want to learn?

    You can use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly find your favorite songs or browse our entire catalogue here.

Subscription & Payment

  • How much does a subscription cost?

    Our subscription costs 20$/month or 120$/year after the 30-day trial.

    If our content doesn’t fit your needs, you can cancel anytime during your free trial without being charged.

    You can still enjoy the free content we’re posting regularly. That content requires no subscription and no sign up process!

  • I just want to learn one song. Is there an option for me?

    Yes! That’s why we’ve set a 30-day long free trial. It will give you enough time to learn a song or two on our platform without the need to commit to a subscription.

    If you need more time to finish the song, our monthly subscription is probably the best option for you. One single payment will extend your access to our catalogue for another 30 days.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription at any given time in your My Account page. Once you’re in there click on “My Subscription”.

  • What is your refund policy?

    We have a no refund policy as we expect our customers to opt out of their subscriptions within the 30 day long free trial set in place if the service doesn’t fit their needs.

  • How can I change my payment method?

    You can cancel your payment method in your My Account page. Once you’re in there click on “Payment methods”.


  • I forgot my password. How can I change it?

    You can reset your password by filling your email or your username here.

    You should receive an email with a custom link redirecting you to renew your password (this email can take some time to be received).

    Click on the link provided by the email then create and confirm your new password. If you’re not receiving any email check your spam folder.

    Try to log in again using your new password here.

  • I’ve signed up and I’m already a member. Why do I have to sign up for a course?

    Don’t worry, there’s no other cost in addition to your subscription!

    After logging in, you simply need to find your song and click on start taking this course.

    That way, you will enroll in the course and you’ll be able to keep track of your progression.

  • Some of the videos aren’t working. How can I fix that?

    Try to clear your browser’s cache or use another browser. If that doesn’t fix your problem, please contact us here.
